Distance to the airport was just 5 km.

It is a suitable place for one night.

Welcoming personnel in service and staff and the breakfast offered was hot. The location for New York was good and excellent, not far from an early morning flight. Also, there was Resorts World Casino Nyc, set within 10 minutes drive.

The breakfast had a good choice of selection, the food was brilliant! A nice size units for the provided free breakfast, we enjoyed it.

Solo traveler, Definitely recommend this place

The staff here were nice especially the woman at the front desk who welcomed me with a big smile and helped me with directions to get food when I arrived late at night. Also the shuttle service was very good and timely getting me from the airport which was a huge relief after a long day of traveling.

Sure it wasn't exactly inexpensive but still not too bad for what I got.

The hotel was so close to the airport and transport and the terminals thanks to its unbeatable and incredible location. It also was in a commercial area.

the location of the hotel is marvellous and ideal, near airport, industrial area and local restaurants. you won't be disappointed if you stay in queens district. the property has neat rooms complete with air conditioning and hair dryer, for instance.

Comfortable beds and helpful staff made my stay worthwhile but limited shuttle hours were inconvenient.

After a cancelled flight, the staff went above and beyond, keeping the kitchen open for us at a late hour and arranging our shuttle for the next day.

Shuttle service schedule is misleading!!! The surrounding area is unpleasant with limited dining options!!! Noise disturbances from outside are a constant annoyance!!!

The clerk at check-in was very attentive and handled my requests in a most excellent manner. He booked our free passage on the hotel's airport shuttle for the next day which was a huge relief when flying with the kids. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable, getting some much-needed sleep after a long day of travel.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but still acceptable given the situation.
